Deploy AI voice agents that handle calls, answer from your knowledge base, and take action — then automate everything that happens after the call. 24/7.

Add your SIP trunk or phone number through the dashboard.
Describe your use case to AI Assist and it configures voice, personality, knowledge base, and tools — or fine-tune each field manually.
Upload product docs, FAQs, policies, or manuals. Your AI agent learns and references them during live calls.
Inbound calls answered by AI instantly. Launch outbound campaigns with auto-retry on no answer and voicemail detection.
Attach a workflow so each call’s outcome triggers the next steps automatically — create records, notify, wait, and call back.
Review call logs, recordings, cost breakdowns, and voice analytics. Refine your agent based on real conversations.
Your customers call your number and talk to an AI agent that sounds natural, understands context, and responds in real time — powered by best-in-class AI voice models.
Upload a contact list and let AI call your customers automatically. Auto-retry on no answer or voicemail, configurable pacing and concurrency.
Upload product docs, FAQs, policies, or manuals. Your AI agent references them during live calls — answering questions with accurate, up-to-date information.
Describe your use case to AI Assist and it builds the perfect agent — voice, personality, knowledge base, and tools — in one conversation.
Your AI can send emails, look up orders, check WhatsApp, or call any API during a live call. No coding needed — AI Assist configures it for you.
Every call logged with recordings, transcripts, cost breakdowns, and voice analytics. Real-time dashboard with outcome tracking and trend analysis.
When a call ends, AIVoice runs the follow-up automatically — create records, send messages, wait days, schedule callbacks, and route approvals. The work doesn’t stop when the caller hangs up.
Run separate AI phone lines for different teams, departments, or clients — each with their own settings, billing, and role-based access.
A phone call is rarely the end — it’s the trigger for a process. AIVoice captures the outcome of every call and runs the steps that follow, automatically, for minutes or days. No code required.

“If unpaid after 7 days, call back.” Runs are parked durably and resume on schedule — even across restarts.
Track an order, dispatch, or provisioning job — polling until it’s done and notifying at every status change.
High-value actions like a large refund pause for a person to approve or reject before anything happens.

Whether you need to handle inbound support calls or run outbound campaigns, AIVoice adapts to your workflow.

Built on Amazon Web Services (region ap-southeast-5, Kuala Lumpur) — the same infrastructure trusted by financial institutions, healthcare providers, and government agencies worldwide. Inherits SOC 1/2/3, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS controls from AWS.
AIVoice’s operating company, Redtone Engineering & Network Services Sdn. Bhd., holds an active ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its Managed Services ISMS — certificate ISMS 00621, issued by SIRIM QAS International (Malaysia’s national standards body). AIVoice is operated by the same team under the same information-security governance.
AES-256 at rest on database, file storage, call recordings, and backups — managed by AWS KMS. TLS 1.3 in transit (modern cipher suites only). Sensitive credentials (SIP, API keys, EngageLab tokens) are Fernet-encrypted inside the database — never stored in plaintext.
Production runs in AWS region ap-southeast-5 (Kuala Lumpur). Call recordings, transcripts, and the database never leave Malaysia. PDPA-aligned for Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore — GDPR-aligned for international operations. Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available for enterprise contracts.
Every customer’s data is scoped to its own tenant. Database queries, file paths, and S3 object keys are tenant-namespaced and enforced server-side on every request. One tenant cannot read, list, or enumerate another’s data — verified by the same multi-tenant architecture pattern used by enterprise SaaS platforms.
Audio is streamed in real-time to our AI model providers under enterprise / cloud data policies — not stored on their side, not used to train any model. Your customer conversations stay yours. Voice processing follows the same zero-retention contract.
Human logins go through Keycloak SSO with mandatory 2FA. Role-based access control with four tiers (Superadmin / Admin / Operator / Viewer). Bcrypt password hashing. AWS IAM least-privilege roles for service-to-service access. Webhook integrations (Chatwoot, WhatsApp) are HMAC-SHA256 verified.
Database has no public IP — VPC-private only. Server administration via AWS Systems Manager (no exposed SSH). EC2 instances run IMDSv2-only with token-required metadata. SIP/RTP traffic is firewall-whitelisted to the carrier’s IP. S3 buckets block all public access.
99.9% uptime SLA. Multi-AZ AWS architecture with automatic failover between availability zones. Nine CloudWatch alarms monitor host health, ALB, and database 24/7 — paging on-call instantly via email and WhatsApp.
Daily AWS Backup of the database and file storage with 14-day retention. S3 versioning enabled with 30-day non-current-version retention. RDS deletion protection on. Restore procedure documented and tested.
Everything — the database, call recordings, transcripts, and uploaded knowledge-base files — lives in AWS region ap-southeast-5 (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). Data does not leave Malaysia for storage. AI inference traffic transits to our AI model providers in real-time but is not retained on their side (see "Will my calls be used to train AI models?" below).
Access is restricted by tenant: your team’s recordings are only readable by accounts with a membership in your tenant, at Operator level or above. Internal Redtone administrative access is limited to a small on-call group, requires SSO with mandatory 2FA, and is logged. Production database access is via AWS Systems Manager — there is no exposed SSH, no public database, and no shared admin password.
No. AIVoice is contracted with its AI model providers under enterprise and cloud data policies that contractually prohibit using your audio for model training. We do not store your audio with any AI provider.
We act as a data processor on behalf of you (the controller). Data subject access, rectification, and deletion requests are honoured within the windows set by Malaysian PDPA (and GDPR where applicable). Email security@redtone.com to initiate a request and we will route it through the certified Managed Services ISMS process.
Yes. Enterprise customers receive a DPA aligned with Malaysian PDPA, Singapore PDPA, Thailand PDPA, and the EU GDPR Article 28 processor obligations. The DPA references Redtone Engineering & Network Services Sdn. Bhd.’s ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification (ISMS 00621) as the underlying control framework.
On termination you can export call recordings, transcripts, and your knowledge base via the API or a one-off export request. After a contractually agreed grace period (default 30 days), tenant data is hard-deleted from the database and S3, including from versioned backups within the next 14-day backup retention cycle. We provide a written deletion confirmation on request.
No customer-impacting security incidents to date. We run nine 24/7 CloudWatch alarms covering host health, the load balancer, and the database — paging on-call by email and WhatsApp on any anomaly. Should an incident occur, the certified ISMS incident-response process applies, including affected-customer notification within the windows mandated by PDPA.
Yes. Annual third-party penetration tests are part of the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 ISMS. Executive summaries are available to enterprise customers under NDA — contact security@redtone.com.
